Fourways Loyalty Terms and Conditions

  1. The Fourways Loyalty Platform is for Fourways Group authorised and accredited dealers only.
  2. Fourbucks are points earned based on a calculation done based on a few factory that we have added into the competition. These points are earned on a multitude of factors including but are not limited to total turnover, administrative/account performance, marketing/advertising, training and customer support, technical call-outs etc and can be redeemed at any time by the dealer via the Fourways Dealer Portal. Accumulated Fourbucks can be redeemed to buy any available products on Fourways Online, products, spares, and one-stop items on the Fourways Group dealer portal.
  3. Fourbucks are transferrable from business to person so dealers are also able to send Fourbucks to employees or customers as gifts or incentives.
  4. Fourbucks points are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
  5. Fourways Group reserve the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the accumulation of loyalty points without notice at any time and no liability shall lie against Fourways Group in favour of any participant, dealer or third party arising from such cancellation, suspension or termination.
  6. To qualify for Fourbucks loyalty points, dealers’ accounts must be up to date and not in arrears.
  7. Fourbucks points will be totalled every month. Should there be a disagreement with any figures, these must be queried within the same month.
  8. Fourways Loyalty Rewards are subject to change and Fourways Group reserve the right to change these rewards at any time.
  9. The decision of Fourways Group is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Fourbucks points are relative to what the dealer has submitted onto the portal and cannot be duplicated or forged to ensure a fair promotion throughout.
  11. Should payment for your account not be made by the last day of the month, earnings for that applicable month will be forfeited completely and cannot be reinstated once payment has been received.
  12. The turnover points are loaded with a two-month lag. This means that customers will receive turnover points for October in December, points for November in January, and points for December in February, etc.
  13. By utilising our loyalty services, customers agree to the specified turnover points allocation schedule outlined in these terms. Fourways Group reserves the right to modify this schedule with prior notice to customers.
  14. It is the responsibility of the registrant that the correct Account ID’s is provided during registration. In the event of the incorrect Account ID’s being used upon registration, Fourways Group will not be held responsible for the loss of Fourbucks points.
