Touchstone Apartments CPT

Touchstone House – a massive 14-storey installation

This was Fourways Cape’s first project with Cape Town’s largest consulting engineering company, Aurecon. 14 floors of apartments required airconditioning, as well as commercial space on the ground floor. In total, 119 med. static indoor ducted units were required along with 20 cassette units for public areas and penthouse. These were linked to 2 Samsung DVM S units: an HR 1100kW and a HP 200kW. As space was limited, bulkheads were also used as return air space.
